Daily Show reacts to Trump being named Times Person of the Year
The Daily Show’s Trevor Noah has a field day with the news that Donald Trump has been named Time’s Person of the Year.
Noah quipped, “I guess you could say that Trump is the person of the year, if the year was 1985 and the person was a giant radioactive mushroom cloud.”
The comedian also pointed out that Trump was not the only controversial figure to be named Person of the Year. In fact, Adolf Hitler was named Person of the Year in 1938.
“So, I guess that’s a silver lining,” Noah said. “At least Trump isn’t Hitler.”
